If you look for the place with central location from whre you can reach all the city attraction by foot, this is it. And location is the best possible, the staff is exeptional. The only think I missed was the public area that would function as reception area where you can sit and wait for the friends. But since it is small hotel with 10 rooms this is not sth that would not pay off.

Amazing hosts. Really lovely people. Location is Perfect. Everything pretty much within walking distance. Very child friendly, my son loved it. Excellent breakfast in the room fresh every morning. Taxi to and from hotel also arranged for me. The restaurant outside is amazing, again they were excellent with my son. Would recommend to anyone. Excellent value for money. Stayed here for 4 nights – retuned home today. It is a truly incredible place to stay. The staff are warm, welcoming and knowledgeable. The location is just the most perfect location ever. To the left is the Pantheon and to the right the Trevi Fountain. We walked everywhere as we were so central. The room was brilliant considering it held two adults and two huge teenage lads. Bathroom really great, beds comfy, cleanliness amazing and the breakfast delivered to the room each morning was just the best. We will not stay anywhere else again in Rome but here
